Meret Oppenheim (Berlino, 6 ottobre 1913 – Basilea, 15 novembre 1985) è stata un'artista e designer svizzera di origine tedesca.

Musa ispiratrice del movimento surrealista, Oppenheim è ricordata per essere stata una delle modelle preferite del fotografo Man Ray, nonché l'autrice dell'opera Déjeuner en fourrure (1936), che rimane la più nota del suo repertorio.

Mary Leonora Carrington (6 April 1917 – 25 May 2011) was a British and Mexican Surrealist painter and novelist. She lived most of her adult life in Mexico City and was one of the last surviving participants in the Surrealist movement of the 1930s. Carrington was also a founding member of the women's liberation movement in Mexico during the 1970s.

Gala Dalí (born Elena Ivanovna Diakonova, Елена Ивановна Дьяконова; 7 September [O.S. 26 August] 1894 – 10 June 1982), usually known simply as Gala, was the wife of poet Paul Éluard and later of artist Salvador Dalí, who were both prominent in surrealism. She also inspired many other writers and artists.
